Pricing is based on the percentage of embroidery in your design.  Please refer to the chart below to determine the percentage of embroidery for your custom embroidered patch design.  If you are still unclear as to the embroidery percentage please feel free to contact one of our highly experienced customer service representatives who will be happy to guide you through the process.

Measuring Size
You can calculate the size of your custom embroidered patch by adding the Length + Width and then dividing it by 2. For example:

• The Length of your patch: 2"
• The Width of your patch: 3"
• 2” +3” = 5”
• 5” divided by 2 = 2.5” is the size of your patch
