Meet Our Sales Team


Keith Baldwin

Keith has more than 36 years of experience at Spike’s Trophies, where he has worked in all aspects of the business. After coming to Spike's in 1978 from Temple University, he took a manager position. In 2004 Keith along with Chris, Gary, Glenn, and Ted become managing partners/owners of Spike’s. He is the President of Spike’s, in addition to being the President of the award industry's largest buying group, Award Associates of America. Keith's current role is that of Chief Relationship Officer, in charge of developing, maintaining and expanding the relationships with employees, vendors and customers.

Keith is an avid golfer, runner and biker who likes to travel in his spare time. He has been married over 25 years and has 2 children. Keith has volunteered and chaired several non-profit organizations, been a Big Brother, and a coach for local youth sports teams. He is also currently a member of the Union League of Philadelphia, Business Club of America, and the Philadelphia Business Executives.

Glenn Hastie

Glenn has been with Spike’s since 1995. He started his sales career at Spike’s from scratch and grew his book of business to over $1,000,000 within 8 years. Glenn is always striving to make sure everything gets done correctly, on time, and at a good price. Glenn prides himself on being dependable & willing to “walk over hot coals” in order to get the job done. It is this attitude helped him to become a Partner in 2004. Glenn is Spike’s VP of Sales.

Glenn was married the same year he started at Spike’s (1995…a very big year). Since then, they have been blessed with 4 wonderful children. When he is not at Spike’s Glenn can normally be found coaching baseball for Tabernacle Athletic Association or football for the Seneca Youth Football program. He was also President of Seneca Youth Football program for two years. Glenn has been a member of the Saints Prison Ministry and went to Mississippi with his church after Hurricane Katrina for a week to assist in the relief efforts...

Ted Westervelt

Ted graduated from Albright College in 1991 with a BA in Marketing & English. He started with Spike's in June of 1992 as the first Customer Service Manager. In 1994, Ted was promoted to Account Executive and quickly became one of the top volume salespeople in the company. In 2003, Ted and Glenn Hastie developed a Sales Support and Customer Service model that the company still uses today. In 2004, Ted become a Partner/Owner along with Keith Baldwin, Glenn Hastie, Chris Shetler, and Gary Yost. Ted wears many hats at Spike's, such as full time Account Executive, Director of Sales Support and he manages our daily vendor/billing processes.

Ted has been married to his wife Anne since 1998 and they have 2 children, Kristina and Teddy. Ted coaches soccer and sits on the Board for Lighthouse Soccer Club and also coaches at St. Katherine of Siena in Northeast Philadelphia. Recently, Ted was named as an assistant soccer coach at Archbishop Ryan HS.

Bob Lynch

Bob graduated from La Salle University with a BS in Marketing in ’79. He has been with Spikes for over 20 years working with local schools and Universities. Married 35 years to his wife Monica they have 5 great kids and 7 “Even Greater!” grandkids. When he’s not at work or spending time with his grandkids, Bob is a Golf coach at St. Josephs University.

Chris Plymouth

Chris Plymouth is a Senior Account Executive and has been with Spikes for the last 22 years. Chris graduated from Holy family University after attending Father Judge High School where he is currently a Varsity Ice Hockey Coach. When Chris is not at work helping customers with Award Programs he spends his free time staying in shape by participating in charity walks, bike rides, and runs!

Frank Harte

Frank has been with Spike’s for over a decade as an Account manager specializing in rush orders. He is a Referee in his spare time for PIAA basketball. Graduated in 1989 from Norwich University (VT). Been with Spikes 11 years in sales/account management. One of the perks of the job is getting to meet new people and buliding relationships. Working on new projects daily keeps the job fun and interesting. In my spare time I enjoy, travelling to the islands, going to the gym, bike riding, reffing basketball and most importantly, spending time with family and friends

Fred Darby

Fred is a graduate of Jameson School of Ministry and Theology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and a Doctorate of Divinity and is an ordained minister. He has been with Spikes for 14 years and has over 20 years of sales experience. Fred’s specialty? A willingness to impact people’s lives for the better whether it be through sales or through relationships.

John Czmar

With over 27 years of Sales experience at Spike’s John is one of the first faces you see when you come into our Grant Ave location. Married 18 years, he has 2 children and has coached for his sons little league baseball team.

Max Evans

Max joined Spike’s in 1993 as a sales representative in our center city location He graduated from West Chester University in 1988. Max has over 25 years of experience in the awards and promotional products business and currently manages our Main Line showroom in Bryn Mawr. Max is married to his wife Michele. They have 4 children and keep themselves busy at athletic events, with family outings and enjoying time with their friends.

Kurt Boardman

Kurt has been with Spike’s since 2012. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and an Associate degree in Marketing from Johnson & Wales College. He has been in the team uniform arena as well as trophies and apparel for over 30 years. When he’s not spending time with his wife Tammy whom he has been married to for 25 years and 2 wonderful children you will find him on the soccer pitch as he is a Soccer Ref for local travel teams and had coached soccer in the past. My goal is to provide my customer's with great service, competitive pricing and quality products.

Sean Quinn

Sean is one of our newest members to our sales team. He is a resident of Northeast Philadelphia having attended Archbishop Ryan (2010) and Holy Family University (2014), where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration. You can find him at our Center City location ready to assist you with finding the perfect award or product for whatever your occasion may be. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, along with spending quality time with family and friends.

Steve Griffith

Steve began working in signs as soon as he graduated from Cinnaminson High School. He possesses an impressive 33 years of experience in the industry, and is proud to have been with Spike's Signs for the last 11 years. Specializing in ADA signage as well as custom architectural signage, Steve has spent the majority of his career working in the healthcare and educational fields. Steve is married to his wife Janet and has two sons, Steven Jr. and Michael, and grandson Adriano with another one on the way in August. Steve likes to unwind by playing golf or spending time with his four dogs.
